Introduction

Spinning is the process of manufacturing yarn from fiber during ring yarn manufacturing various machines are involved for the production namely Blow room, Carding, Comber, Draw frame, Speed Frame and Ring frame. Calculations plays very crucial role during the of yarn.  Some important spinning production calculations are mentioned in the following article which can be useful during the ring spinning process.

  1. Cleaning efficiency % = Trash in mixing – Trash in lap * 100
